Suit Negozi aims to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in the original shipping box and ensure all designer labels and authenticity cards are included before sealing the package.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your order to the outside of the box and contact our designated courier to arrange a convenient collection time.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
